نحرص في VIVA Fashion على تقديم تجربة شراء مريحة وواضحة لعملائنا، لذلك نرجو قراءة السياسة التالية قبل استلام الطلب:

أولًا: المعاينة عند الاستلام

• يحق للعميل معاينة الطلب وقياس القطع قبل الدفع.

• في حالة عدم الرغبة في استلام الطلب، يتم إرجاعه بالكامل مع المندوب.

ثانيًا: بعد مغادرة المندوب

• لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع نهائيًا بعد مغادرة مندوب الشحن.

ثالثًا: سياسة الاستبدال

• متاح الاستبدال خلال 48 ساعة فقط من وقت استلام الطلب.

• الاستبدال يكون للمقاس فقط لنفس المنتج.

• يشترط أن يكون التوب/القطعة بالتكت وفي حالتها الأصلية بدون استخدام.

رابعًا: الطلبات

• لا يُسمح بتجزئة الطلب.

• الطلب إما يُستلم بالكامل أو يُعاد بالكامل مع المندوب.

At VIVA Fashion, we aim to provide a clear and comfortable shopping experience. Please read the following policy before receiving your order:

1. Order inspection upon delivery

• Customers are allowed to inspect and try the items before payment.

• If the order is not accepted, it must be returned completely with the courier.

2. After the courier leaves

• Returns are not allowed once the courier has left.

3. Exchange policy

• Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours from receiving the order.

• Exchange is for size only of the same item.

• The top/item must have the original tag and be in its original condition, unused.

4. Orders

• Orders cannot be partially returned.

• The order must be either fully accepted or fully returned with the courier.
